On public holidays - Easter, Christmas (24.12, 25.12, 26.12), New Year (31.12, 01.01) a fee is applied - 09:00 and 18:00 - 20 €; 18:00 and 09:00 - 40 €.

Can I rent a car for travel outside Bulgaria?

It is possible to rent a car for travel outside the country only upon prior request. In this case, additional fees are applied, which include: issuing a translated driving license outside the Republic of Bulgaria, Green Card certificate, extended coverage of "Autocasco" insurance, increased mileage, and some destinations not allowed.
